Returns & Exchanges

At MOD Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we offer a 30-day return window if something isn't quite right. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
